I'm having trouble installing the app on my iPhone or iPad. What should I do?

Because the trial app is not in the App Store or Play Store, a warning message may come up when you click to install the app. (This won't come up if you decide to upgrade after the trial, since we'll submit your app to the App Store and Play Store.)

Here's what you'll need to do to install the trial app:

1.  Tap to download the app to your device.

2.  Once the download is complete, give Permission for the App to Run:

Open Settings > General > Device Management > GroupAhead Inc.

Tap Trust on the next screen.
